What’s a Colonic?
A colonic, also known as colonic irrigation or colon hydrotherapy, is a procedure in which water and sometimes other substances are flushed through the colon to remove waste and toxins. Colonics are typically done by a trained practitioner and can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
